I agree! It has to be gone because it's always "to go to" whereas "to do to" isn't correct English

'gone' then shouldn't the sentence be:
'realize where you have gone to'? 'realize to what you have gone' doesn't seem grammaticaly correct.
Then again, 'to what you have done' doesn't seem grammaticaly correct either.
Is it really 'to'? Or maybe 'too'? 'Finally you realize too, what you have done'??? But if so, I don't think it flows well.
I listened again, and do here a quite clear 'done'. Justin phrases it like 'done'. The 'o' in 'gone' sounds differently.
Hmm, maybe Justin is just putting in a 'meaningless' word to make the line more smoothly haha.

The way his mouth moves really does look more like 'done' than 'gone', or maybe I'm just seeing what I want to see. Ahh, blabla lol.

To go to something makes sense : for example here I tend to think he's thinking "to go to war/fight"
To go "somewhere" is different and indeed then it would be where you've gone to, but I don't think he's mentioning a place here, but rather a unlocated thing/abstract thing (i guess we can go the wrong way without going anywhere!), just as he says just after "what you have run from" (and not "where you have run from") : meaning that this guy has gone to and run from something, not somewhere |
